The Valley Church was planted on Easter 2013. Our church was NOT destroyed by the tornado because the church is a people not a building. Our meeting space may be gone but we will continue to be a light for Jesus in this community!

Would this recipe work with pork chops and potatoes in a crackpot? I have to make it for twelve people. Any suggestions? TIA

I would think you could sub pork chops as long as you adapt the cook time for the different meat.
I have actually never made this in the crockpot. I know that sounds silly since a lot of people have found this recipe via a blog post about crockpot meals with 3 ingredients but I’ve never made it that way. :-/ I would assume you could just put it all in there and cook it for your normal 6-8 hours. 12 people sounds like a full crockpot would feed them…I think. lol Maybe try portioning it as you prep- like 1 potato per person and guesstimating the meat sizing. I love cooking for large families/groups.
