Hey friends! I would really love your help!
I, along with The Valley and Vilonia friends, have put together a team to take part in this amazing ministry. This is just a tiny way we can help make disciples of all nations for as little as $0.22. Not only is Feed My Starving Children gonna feed thousands of people, they are sharing the life saving gospel with them.
I know if your local, we are volunteering to help pack these meals as well but with out donations to pay for them we will be useless.
Please help us feed starving children! 22c pays for 1 meal.
My challenge to you?
Share your great ideas or goals!
So our Arkansas winter went from 60'+ to snowing overnight. I'm constantly amazed my family isn't sick more often! When the weather turned frigged and there was not stank'n way I was heading out in it for groceries I was forced to hunt in the pantry, fridge, and deep freeze for what kind of heartiness I was going to feed my family. I know, 1st world problems, right!?
All of a sudden I had a hankering for some stew! I'd never made stew before and always thought you had to have fancy {expensive} stew meet to make it...then I realized that was crazy talk. That had never stopped me before. I then Googled {like every pro does} in search of a beef stew recipe I could tweek. I looked at several and realized I had the building blocks for a good stew already. SCORE! Here's what I came up with.
Yay for yet another made up recipe. If I can do it and have my family eat it, You can!
Today I'm guest posting over at the Mommy Blogging Director. I'm sharing about a family trip to everyone's favorite crafty store and an eye-opening encounter with my little girl. Go read how the statement, "But I wanna learn how to be a mommy; so I'm watching you..." has changed my view of the day-to-day.
I'm such a slacker! I found out about my sweet friends awesome book a while back and have failed to share it.
SORRY!
I've tried to make a notebook similar to this before. I used a scanky old falling apart tiny notebook left over from something. The entire thing was black and white. I had minimal importance to me...because it was ugly. Right? Lets face it, who wants to pull out something daily/weekly that's hideous. This notebook kinda represents...you. Then there's the whole, it was just Matt and I and now we've added a few more to the mix, I'm thinking I need to rework the ole "Family Notebook" rather than having 8 different places to keep this stuff.
This is Kayse: Isn't she just adorable! She writes over at KaysePratt.com. Easy enough to remember right? She has fixed my woes about my nasty, skank-tastic notebook and put it all in an eBook for me (and YOU).
